Universally regarded as the founding band of darkwave, a term coined by renowned English DJ John Peel, the creations of Ronny Moorings has spanned forty years of musical history.

From the electro-goth sound of Subsequent Pleasures (1984), Clan Of Xymox (1985) and Medusa (1986) to the synth pop of Twist Of Shadows (1989) and Phoenix (1991), the band has continued to evolve, winning over audiences worldwide.

With the album “Exodus” (2024), they return to the stage for an immersive sonic experience blending darkwave, gothic rock and noir electronics.
